Nathan and Hubert founded Untabbed — a mobile bar-tab payments platform launching to bars in 2026. We built the entire stack ourselves: iOS app, iPad bartender dashboard, AWS Lambda backend, Stripe payment infra, Cognito auth, SAM/CloudFormation IaC, the whole thing.
We also built the go-to-market: cold outreach to bar owners, sales calls, contracts, onboarding, content. We know exactly how much time a founder loses to outbound, how many tools are required, and how few of them are productized in a way that doesn't burn 30 hours a week.
