Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of the AI Meter and related products from HSNC Tech LLC(“we,” “us”), a Connecticut limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pre-orders

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith and may differ slightly from the final unit. The AI Meter is sold as a pre-order; ship dates are estimates, not guarantees. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. We may charge applicable sales tax based on your shipping address. Shipping is calculated and billed at fulfillment. Payment is processed by Stripe; by ordering, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total.

Limited warranty

We warrant that the AI Meter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from delivery. If a covered defect appears, we will, at our option, repair or replace the unit or refund its purchase price. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

Disclaimer of other warranties

Except for the limited warranty above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is provided “as is” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so part of this disclaimer may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Relationship to Anthropic

HSNC Tech LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC.“Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic, used here only to describe compatibility. The AI Meter displays usage from the Anthropic API key you provide. You are solely responsible for your Anthropic account, your API key, and any usage charges Anthropic bills you.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the product lawfully and not to resell, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or misrepresent the product. You are responsible for securing the API key you store on the device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. We will revise the “Last updated” date above for changes.
